NFYB.

New Jersey commissioned notary · remote online notarization

Ready to notarize your power of attorney online?

Prepare the document, confirm the requirements, and meet your notary by video.

A power of attorney authorizes someone to act on another person's behalf within the document's stated limits. NFYB notarizes eligible signatures; it does not draft the document or advise you on which powers to grant.

Have your completed document, acceptable government-issued photo ID, and a device with a camera, microphone, and reliable internet ready. Confirm witness requirements and whether the receiving bank, agency, or other organization accepts electronic notarization. Do not sign until instructed.

At your appointment, complete identity verification, meet the New Jersey-commissioned notary by video, and sign as directed. The notary remains in New Jersey. An eligible completed session produces an electronic notarized record.

General documents start at $39 for one notarized signature; additional notarized signatures are $12 each. Specialized documents may have different pricing. Confirm the correct appointment type before booking.

Important: NFYB is not a law firm and cannot draft, select, explain, or approve a power of attorney. Confirm the form, witnesses, and acceptance requirements with an attorney or the organization receiving it. Choose a private, quiet setting where the signer can participate freely, without pressure.
